Some of our properties may be offered with “No Bank Qualifying”, so credit problems are not an issue for our company. We assist those with low income, credit challenges, or those with stated income in purchasing homes. Looking to make extra income
We also partner deals. Someone on our team will call the contact provided and take it from there.
Online Payment Processing for Tenants
If you are leasing one of our properties, you can conveniently and safely pay your lease payment(s) online. Enter your contact information using the “JOIN OUR VIP LIST” form under the Contact Us tab to be added to the online portal. You can make a one-time payment or schedule payments to be drafted monthly.
